Caroline Cooke
Managing Director
Caroline graduated from Surrey University with a degree in French/Environmental Studies.
She started her recruitment career at Leader Financial Research where she covered Asian Equities, before working for both Sheffield Haworth and Boyden where she covered Fixed Income and Derivatives and the Banking markets as a whole.
Most recently she spent 4 years at Korn Ferry International then Greatfleet where she set up and ran the Internal Recruitment functions. Caroline has extensive experience in successfully placing quality individuals in both search and selection and contingent recruitment firms. She set up Cornhill Consultancy in May 2008 after noticing a niche in the market for an ex search professional to run a Banking search to search business with a search-like methodology.
Caroline is originally from Cornwall and in her spare time likes to get out and enjoy the countryside as well as travelling as much as she can. She also greatly enjoys the gym and has completed several sporting events for charity.
Christopher Duffy
Consultant
Chris graduated from Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford University with an MSc in African Studies, and also holds a BA in History from the University of Exeter.
Prior to entering recruitment Chris worked in international development policy and research for several NGOs, with a specific focus on sub-Saharan Africa.
Before joining Cornhill Consultancy in February 2011 Chris worked for a boutique financial services executive firm where he covered Capital Markets.
Outside of work Chris greatly enjoys rugby and cricket and recently completed a long-distance endurance cycle ride across Cambodia
