Cornhill Consultancy work closely with globally listed search firms, as well top tier mid-cap banking executive search boutiques. We act predominantly on a retained basis, but we are also candidate-led and act as talent advisors and agents on behalf of recruiters from both search and selection and contingent recruitment backgrounds.

Recruiting all levels

Cornhill Consultancy has a successful track record of placing all levels of recruiters from Partners to Consultants, Researchers and Graduates. The large majority of our placements are made within the Banking, Finance and Legal Executive Search sectors.

International recruitment

Our geographic strength is centred in the City of London and Asia, especially Hong Kong.
