Caroline Cooke, Managing Director

Caroline graduated from Roehampton University with a degree in French. She started her recruitment career at Leader Financial Research where she covered Asian Equities, before working for both Sheffield Haworth and Boyden where she covered Fixed Income and Derivatives and the Banking markets as a whole.

Most recently she spent 3 years at Korn Ferry International and Greatfleet where she set up and ran the Internal Recruitment functions. Caroline has extensive experience in successfully placing quality individuals in both search and selection and contingent recruitment firms.

Caroline is originally from Cornwall and in her spare time likes to get out and enjoy the countryside as well as travelling as much as she can. She also greatly enjoys the gym and has completed several sporting events for charity.

Alexandra Taylor, Senior Consultant

Alexandra graduated from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand with an Honours degree in Mass Communications. She started her recruitment career in an Executive Search firm in New Zealand called Sheffield, in their psychometric team before specialising in placing Accountants into Financial Services at Global Career Link.

Alexandra arrived in London in 2008 and more recently she has been working at Michael Page in their Not-for-Profit and Public Sector Finance team. She joined Cornhill Consultancy in 2009 and has quickly proven her worth.

Alexandra enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring Europe, live music, dancing, cooking and tennis.
